Acceptance
By using https://mangatrips.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What the site is for
Manga Trip Japan is a free reading and trip-planning aid. It is published as-is, for personal, non-commercial use.
No warranty on information
Historical summaries, dates, names, distances, travel times, and any description of a place are provided for general interest. They may be incomplete, simplified, or wrong. Distances are straight-line calculations and travel times are rough estimates; they are not routing directions and do not account for actual transport. Opening hours, fees, closures, and access are not published here and change without notice. Always verify with the official source before you travel. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of what you read here.
Visiting sites
You are responsible for your own conduct and safety at any place featured here. Some sites are religious, some are hazardous in bad weather, some restrict photography or entry. Follow the rules of the place you are visiting and the law of the country you are in.
AI-generated content
The illustrations and panel text on this site are produced with the assistance of generative AI and edited by a human before publication. They are creative interpretations of real places, people, and events. They are not photographs, not historical evidence, and not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the sites, temples, shrines, museums, or municipalities depicted. Depictions of historical figures are dramatised.
Intellectual property
The site's text, illustrations, and code belong to their respective authors. Font licences and third-party attributions are listed on Credits. You may link to any page freely. Do not republish the artwork or text in bulk without permission.
